About NoticeLedger
We build compliance workflow tools that help HR teams deliver required notices, track acknowledgments, and produce audit-ready evidence — without added legal headcount.
Why we built NoticeLedger
HR teams face a growing web of jurisdiction-based notice obligations — from state-specific labor posters to new-hire acknowledgments and annual re-notices. The rules change frequently, the deadlines are real, and the consequences of gaps are measurable.
We saw teams relying on spreadsheets, email chains, and generic e-sign tools to manage these obligations. The result: missed deadlines, incomplete records, and hours spent reconstructing proof when an audit arrived.
NoticeLedger was built to close that gap. We designed a compliance workflow engine that treats notice delivery as a repeatable, evidence-first process — not an afterthought. Every send, every acknowledgment, and every version is captured, timestamped, and exportable.
What drives us
Our mission is to make notice compliance provable, repeatable, and efficient for every HR team — from 20-person startups to multi-state enterprises.
Precision Over Decoration
We prioritize traceability, clear statuses, and specific next actions. Every feature exists to support a clear compliance workflow.
Trust Through Transparency
We show what the system did and why. Evidence packets, audit trails, and permission controls are always accessible and clear.
Efficiency By Default
Sensible defaults, bulk actions, and automation reduce manual steps. We measure success by time saved, not features shipped.
Calm Under Pressure
Deadlines and exceptions are real, but panic doesn’t help. Our interface stays steady, specific, and solution-oriented.
What we don't do
NoticeLedger is a compliance workflow tool, not a legal service. We do not provide legal advice, interpret regulations, or guarantee audit outcomes. We give HR teams the operational tools and evidence infrastructure to run notice delivery well — and prove it.
