Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NoticeLedger and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service, and you grant us a limited license to use that data solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. 11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
